April 2024 ist das Forschungsprojekt \u201eThe Future of Intergenerational Solidarity beyond the Pandemic: Empirically-Informed Ethical Analysis and Public Deliberation\u201c gestartet. Anschlie\u00dfend an das Vorg\u00e4ngerprojekt PRISMAE versteht es die Corona-Pandemie als multidimensionalen Stresstest f\u00fcr die Solidarit\u00e4t zwischen den Generationen. Die in diesem Kontext begonnenen Debatten und Diskussionen ber\u00fchren grundlegende Fragen des gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalts sowie der Legitimit\u00e4t moralischer und rechtlicher Anspr\u00fcche. Angesichts weiterer Herausforderungen, die den Zukunftshorizont der europ\u00e4ischen Gesellschaften ver\u00e4ndern, wie des Kriegs in der Ukraine, des demographischen Wandels und der Klimakrise, gewinnen derartige Fragen weiter an Bedeutung. Das Projekt zielt vor diesem Hintergrund auf die empirische Exploration, ethische Bewertung und \u00f6ffentliche Deliberation von Ideen intergenerationeller Solidarit\u00e4t in Deutschland, Schweden und Gro\u00dfbritannien.
