Conference Presentations at the Congress to the Feminist Approaches to Bioethics and the World Congress of Bioethics in Johannesburg

Eva Katharina Boser presented her research at the Congress of the Feminist Approaches to Bioethics on “Bioethics in Confrontation: Reflection, Resistance and Resiliance”, 6-7 July 2026 in Johannesburg, Southafrica. The topic of the presentation was: “Responsibility to Care for other Generations? A Perspective on Structural Injustices during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Germany”.

Eva Katharina Boser then gave a presentation, jointly prepared with Lena Dörmann at the 18th World Congress of Bioethics on “Comforting and Disturbing Bioethics”, 8-10 July 2026 in Johannesburg, Soutafrica on the topic of: „The Health in all Policies Approach and Good Intergenerational Relations: An Ethical Perspective on the Covid-19 Pandemic in Germany”.

The findings from the FuturISE research project were discussed at both conferences with an international audience of experts in the field of bioethics.
